AN INTERDISCIPLINARY FIELD

Any educator incorporating environmental issues in their classes or programs is an environmental educator.

Environmental education is a cross-cutting field, spanning subject areas like STEM, the humanities, and the arts.

Our 200+ members work in diverse settings, including: schools, nature centers, zoos, youth organizations, science research stations, and universities.

Excellence in education requires excellent educators.

Join us and let's work together to create a more sustainable and equitable Florida.
